GTFO... does this mean what I think it means?
Serge T. designing new modules for TTA?
Or even official licenses of old designs?

Congrats!

This is the largest bombshell news since the Easel reissue.
I'm excited to see what the future brings.

BTW, ever consider doing reissues of your earlier 8x9 ports
with CV over decay/pitch/tone, etc? Hint: 808 snare PLEASE.
I would love LFO modulation of analog cloned source.

"knowledge has to be organized so it can be taught, and it has to be reduced to information so it can be organized do you follow that? in other words this leads you to assume that organization is an inherent property of knowledge itself, and that disorder and chaos are simply irrelevant forces that threaten it from outside. in fact it's exactly the opposite. order is simply a thin, perilous condition we try to impose on the basic reality of chaos..." --william gaddis

Now THIS is some exciting news...

How far along are we in the process, will there be new Serge/TipTop modules along shortly? Is there any more than the "noise source" teaser you can share at this point?

Not to be a thrill kill, but I'm not getting excited if there's no Serge Filter, WAD or Wave Mult. Another VCS or generic modulators are covered in Euro already. Don't recall Serge Noise being anything to text about.

Hmm, I'm starting to feel "Smooth & Stepped" for "Random Voltage" fun...

Really interesting to think what improvements or additions Serge could bring to his core set of circuits after having all these years to reflect.

I see where you are coming from and fully empathize with the
sentiment, but in addition, I think there is another picture to be seen here.

The Serge Filter, WAD, Wave Mult are all copyright 197X... they already
exist and can be bought by STS or can be licensed for future Euro
modules. This is a new copyright 2013 design... it's a new realm of
possibility.

Look at what Don Buchla did stepping out again with the 200e series...
he didn't just clone his old modules. He combined old ideas with new
research and inspiration.

This isn't to say I wouldn't love the Wave Mult, WAD, or VQ-VCF officially
in Euro format, but maybe Serge T and Gur can break some new ground
as well.

Trigger Riot, Z8000 are already next-gen.

I think there is an unwritten rule not to release the hallowed faved Serge modules to the Euro market due to the Egres website and respect to Rex.

But, given that, the word Serge on something new I can't see being anymore interesting than what Gur and the rest of the community can produce on their own.

Dunno, I just hate name dropping hype.

Show me Da Module!!
