deal with parasitic modulation paia 9770U

im dealing with some issues right now with my paia psu
everything is wired right and all that
when i have the 9720 9730 and 9710 everything functions correctly
once i hook up any of my second gen 9700 series my vco begins to act all out of wack
this seems to be new or somehow i never noticed
anybody have such experiences?
emailed scott but for the first time in years he is being kind of slow to respond and i have a lot of work i need to get done sooner than later
scott suggested extra filtering on the psu but hasnt gotten back to me on parts
help would be grand
