Does anyone sell 3.5mm TRS to dual 3.5mm TS y cables?
The only ones i've seen have dual 1/4" ts connectors. I'm thinking I may just have to buy one of them and solder my own connectors on.
I need them to connect my qunexus cv outs to eurorack which uses two 3.5mm trs jacks to output 4 cv signals. Seems like the only off the shelf options are the cv connection kit from KMI, which i'm not interested in as it comes with cables i don't need/already have and is kinda overpriced in general.

I faced the same issue when I got a QuNexus. I looked everywhere for ones like the KMI kit has, without luck. I bought two of of the Hosa YMM-261 breakout cables referenced above ^^^ and then I just finish it off with regular Eurorack patch cables. That does the trick, and it isn't thirty $$$ bucks, and you can use any patch cables you have lying about.

I've had a few solutions over the years for my BSP to Pam's sync cable but none off the shelf.
I had a spare TRRS AV cable lying around from a media player or projector or something, using a scope or a meter I discovered which 2 of the 3 phono jacks gave me run and clock signals and just used phono to 3.5mm jack adapters for a bit.
I ended up with a TRS cable with no end on it so soldered a couple of 1/4" jack sockets to it and mounted it all in a little case that I used with 1/4" to 3.5mm adapters plugged in.
I more recently found a few spare 3.5mm jacks and cut out the faffing around and soldered them right to the cable instead of via the sockets. It's much tidier and easier to use.

thanks, you reminded me that i needed to order a pair of these! (for patching into the stereo input channels on panmix.)DMR wrote:How about https://www.amazon.com/Hosa-YMM-261-Ste ... 000068O5H/ ?
the elektron audio/cv split cable kit works for this job if you have one, but it's like five times the cost.
More expensive than the Hosa splitter, but there's also these:

I use two of them with my Qunexus and they work really well.

Started with an Atari 1040STe, at least the timing was good....
I had the same stupid problem when using the din-sync out of the Arturia Beatstep Pro to clock Pamela's Workout and Metroplis.
I use something like this now with standard RCA-3.5mmTRS-cables:

I also use this to mult it before I split it:
