Ensoniq Fizmo Issues

Post by Parnell Paul » Wed Oct 01, 2014 11:59 pm

Has anyone had issues with their FIZMO displaying "ESP" and seeming to be stuck n this mode?

Any help will be greatly appreciated ;)

Kind Regards

Yup, I assume so. I'd thought that our friend had already done the power regulator upgrade, but i'm now stuck with a gizmo that just powers up to say ESP :(

mine has been just sorta randomly changing settings and numbers on the display, anyone have that issue. it plays fine, but after powering on for a while it will start to change wave forms and numbers on the display, not really sure what its doing but it does seem to change some of the settings, just not sure which ones. ive kinda got use to it behaving randomly.

Spontaneous editing is usually caused by noisy pots. Play with the knobs and see if you find one that is behaving erratically; if you do, spray it with some contact cleaner.

Hi,

For any Fizmo related problems or queries there is a really helpful facebook group that contains loads of useful information. Can also be handy for anyone wanting to buy or sell a Fizmo.
