I often forget that we live in a world where manufacturers sell direct.

Happy days.

Nice,

I just managed to bag one of these for just under £60 including vat and shipping.

Get in before the end of Feb for a nice price on all their stuff (just a shame I can't afford more atm.

Hi to everyone,
version two of the LS are still under evaluation, whereas version 2 of the LP are not on the roadmap!
We have a couple project regarding our touch technology that will be put on the bench with priority over rework of already established modules.
Thanks!

top!

thanx a lot!!!

what I always don't understand: your last example with Gate In mode..
How do you achieve the synced loop?
you send a gate and as long as the gate is high, modulation is recorded.
when gate gets low, recording stopps and starts to loop.
as soon as new gate comes in, loop is gone, new loop must be captured through finger movements as long as gate is high.

this always confused me.
how do you achieve that synced gate which must be fired only once in order to not loose the record?

If the Gate comes from a sequencer you can have the modulation you just recorded '' synced'' with your patch but when the gate comes back you'll have to record the movement again. You could do a manual gate instead.

Or with the LP1 Lightplane... there's a mode where the module waits for a gate In to play the recorded movement . With 2 CV axes and a CV for the pressure..... it can become very interesting. It can acte like ENvelopes or ADSR.

I feel like everything is on hold right now with manufacturing as Soundmachines gear up for possible production of arches.
i don't know what I'm doing but I sure like doing it.

Is the new version of this still in the works?

I was tempted to add a lightstright or lightplane to my rig but might hold off if new version is coming soon.
