DC1 will not clock external after update

Post by XPump » Tue Jun 26, 2018 11:42 pm

After I did the last update my DC1 no longer works right w/ and external
clock signal.

Its adding in and extra beat on the 1st beat basic loop or just generally erratic behavior . when running in song mode. It mostly dbls the 1st beat of the measure

I have:
- Re-ran the update +4 times
- feed all sorts of various Square waves making sure it was feed well
- pulled it from my cabinet and put it on isolate dedicated power
- dove in the manual and tweaked and reset about all and every parameter
I could find .
- sent +3 requests to SoundMachine support w/ no response

This was a awesome unit when it was clock-able
It works as a self clocking stand alone but thats not how i work and i hate to consider Im gonna have to skip rocks w/ the flat side this non-functional $#^%&#$ .

Anyone have any suggestions to try?

regards

Hi there!
Sorry I just relogged in Muff and for some reasons I got no notifications!

What is the source clock to the DC1?
The firmwrae with the external clock that can recreate swing etc... is not completely fixed. We found difficulties in getting a solid clock pulse from several modules.
Let me know!

Will there soon be a firmware fix for the swing behavior when externally clocked now that the Arches 1.0 has been released?
