Actually I have two that you could literally use on their own, I put forward the Doepfer A118 Noise Random, and the Microbe Modular Equation Composer.

A lot of the Wiard 300 series modules can function pretty well as standalone synths in their own right.
Modcan's Quad LFO can too.

It says 500hz upper limit on Modcan's website.

I wouldn't want it as my only oscillator but it works well enough when required.
