Really GASing for this. Guess I can try selling my Monomachine again - couldn't get rid of it for $800 two years ago. Now I see they regularly go for $2K on Reverb.

My position came up and I already have a Pulsar-23 at this point. I'm in the United States. I've asked SOMA if I can offer my position to someone else and they were agreeable. If you're interested, please message me and include the email address you would like to use.

Second patch with the Pulsar-23 and Ornament-8. Still learning the Ornament-8 but I’m really liking how unique it is. In this patch it’s handling some triggering duties and generating CV for both the Pulsar and my Eurorack.

It looks like Flux is the kind of rhythm sequencer I've been waiting for. Ornament-8 doesn't seem like much to me, and the Pulsar Buddy will do irrational rhythms, but is just for getting one non-binary clock division. I've also never thought much of the whole Euclidean rhythm phenomenon because with quantization it's just stuff I could play manually. This IOLabs Flux's ability to do unquantized Euclidean rhythms--what the books always called irrational rhythms until the Euclidean vogue--is exactly what I've been looking for to be able to program things that are too difficult to play without a lot of practice.

For those in the US that have gotten theirs, roughly how long did the shipping take? Mine shipped out on Sept. 26, and beyond clearing Moscow exports, it hasn't moved since.

Maybe 3 weeks. You can check on EMS and USPS with same tracking I think - most likely, it will just show up on your door step one day

Ah, good to know. I did check on both the EMS and USPS site, I figured it wouldn’t exactly be the most detailed tracking but it would be nice to know if it’s even in the country yet. Ah well, I waited this long for the preorder, shipping will be quick by comparison I’m sure.

Gassing hard for this. I have a payout coming from work and have enough to afford this after I save a good chunk. However I have not preordered it and it seems I have to wait 6 months for it?

I pre-ordered it last year and still am waiting. So it is longer than six months.

I preordered in Feb 2020. In May they said 3-6 months. Last week they said 4-5 months. So... ? It comes when it comes!

Add 4+ weeks for shipping to the U.S. mine was shipped sept. 26th, cleared Russian customs the same day and hasn’t moved since. I suspect outgoing shipments are ... a bit clogged.

I paid for mine about a month ago and am waiting for shipping notification. Are these all shipping from Russia or is Europe also shipping?

Has anyone attempted to process electric guitar through the Pulsar using the alligator clips connected directly to the strings?
