Can't recommend this stand enough. Though it really only holds one thing at a time. I have 2 now and have used them with my Perfourmer, Little Phatty (barely fits, but it does!), Prophet 12 module and 7U case.

I've been thinking about building something into one of these. The wire frame shelves would making running cables very easy.

I'd put them all on a light little table on wheels that you can move around in the studio. Easily DIY'ed if you don't have one.

I can't stand stands, don't enjoy playing on a keyboard that's on a stand, can't even start to imagine patching something like the MS 20 on a stand. All the, WIGGLING and wobbling.

I've been looking for stands myself and have been eyeing these, you can get more holders as well to have multiple smaller synths per tier.

yeah the 'hifi racks' are meant for home stereo gear, not musical instruments. But they look perfect for a bunch of desktop sound modules to me.
Their keyboard racks

and recording stations

are pretty fap-worthy too.

These Jaspers make me want to break my lease and move into a warehouse.

For a while I used a wood shelf - the kind you can get at Home Depot - on top of a keyboard stand, with a tablecloth on top of the shelf. Got the tablecloth at a thrift shop.

I've seen people using an ironing board as a stand too.

It me! I've got to Ultimate Apex stands - Korg Karma and MAudio Pro 88 on one, two shelves on the other (Sub37 and MiniBrute on bottom, my Euro case, BSP and mixer on top). I just had to reinforce the top shelf with some legs, though, because I was getting a little nervous witht he ends of the (too long) shelf creeping downward. All good now, but thinking a just DIYing a set of shelves for that stuff and selling off one of the Apexes.

any two or three tier keyboard stand you can find cheap, locally. put a piece of plywood over the tiers you aren't using for full sized keyboards and put your smaller stuff on that. there s always someone somewhere selling a nice onstage setup for pretty cheap.

I've had two 3 tier A stand myself. And I have to say, they are the devil.
I guess they are okay for a studio setup that is not going to move for years. But even then. I'm resolved to never buy one again unless I can get the scratch together for something like the Jaspers that are well designed, well built and just not screwing around at all.
My last 3 tier had a shitty habit of dumping the 2nd tier on the bottom tier, taking all that gear down on to the floor.
I mean, not saying don't buy an A stand. But be sure you buy one from a company like Ultimate stands and not Stagg or some no name junk on Ebay. :despair:

yeah that is a pretty neat idea.
I tried a bunch of SKB sliding shelves in a couple rack cases for my desktop/tabletop boxes. But it was a fiasco.
That solution looks more elegant for a studio, non-mobile system. Though wires are are still going to be an issue. Not as bad as with sliding shelves.

I use a Jaspers for my polysynths and normal 2-tier X stands with sheets of wood on for my monos. Just free wood I got from my local Ikea. Fortunately I have a real heavy weight X stand from the early 80s when they were built like tanks, the other is more recent but double braced. I don't think today's standard X-frames would stand up to the weight quite as well.

Reminds me that I was in a GC and put all my weight (150 lbs) on an X stand with additional arms and the entire thing shattered - like exploded.
