Can anyone share some cool patching ideas for these two modules? I have both, but I would not have thought to put them together, and I'm wondering what they could do together.

Add a Rump Ranger (Closet Case version) and possibly a Rug Muncher and you'll be set.

with the help of any external Low Pass filter or BP filter ( like the metasonix rk6) you can have a dual drum module. Trigger the Rk1 and send it to a LPF then to RK5 Input 1 ( it can go from hats to Kicks depending on the filter settings , it will also create a pseudo reverb effect.. Also you can put another resonating filter or oscillator to rk5 input 2. Both LPGs can be gated with different envelopes.

If you want to order "custom" and pay more, we can put any two modules on one panel.

The power supply is still being mulled. For now we will tell people to buy a Random Source RS4B and try it.

hi,
i have a question for metasonix.

so i have the 2 RS/Serge modules and the knobs on both modules are all aligned very strangely.
attached is the photo where ALL the knobs are full clockwise. usually full clockwise would point somewhere near 5 o'clock but as you can see, its no where in the vicinity.

any reason as to why this is? the modules works fine (its great, btw) but it does bug me especially when my OCD kicks in....

Sorry if i answer a question not directed to me.

I think they are placed that way in order to fit on the very small pcb.
It´s not that bad , actually i don´t mind, it´s weird but what in the metasonix world isn´t?

To understand many aspects of these modules (adapted to 4u) it´s good to watch these very good instructional videos:

Just heard from someone who bought two of our RS/S modules and tried to run them from a Random Source RS4B. It couldn't quite do it--supposedly. I'm going to recommend a larger supply to run more than one Metasonix module. An RS6 should work okay, but custom is better.
