Ca3280e replacement in T.N.A.
Hello everyone. I'm collecting all the things to put together a Tellun Neural Agonizer, and assume a few of you have taken this one on, Do I need to use only the e variant in this, or is the reissue 3280 a drop in replacement? There are also many precision opamps in all the input amplifiers, 7 each of op275 and mx1013, am I missing out by using all tl072 for these? Thanx ahead of time

Short of finding old ones which are not so common, your only choice is the AS3280 Alfa repop. It should work just fine for you though. The original had a CA3289a And a CA3280ae, the only difference is their rated temperature range.

Although I'm sure it gets real hott in the Agonizer sometimes, I'll take my chances with the a variant. Thanks
