Yeah mine is in a nibbled bud box. It required less nibbling than my BOG - but still some nibbling.

I guess I could post a picture of my wiring - but my wires are all too long - it's pretty messy.

Zthee's pics are a lot more useful. :)

I've been using a simple 7812 and 7912 based adapter to get from +/-15 to +/-12 for mine. It seems a little unstable sometimes when I touch the breadboard that stuff is on, or the wires.

Maybe I just need to house it securely.. or is there a better schematic someone might recommend for doing that conversion?

Based on the current wishlist, the full TKB parts kit still looks perfectly feasible

http://www.thonk.co.uk/shop/thc-serge-tkb-kit-wishlist/

and the european pot group buy too

http://www.thonk.co.uk/tkb-pot-buy/

So do sign up if you're interested, hopefully we'll hear more news soon!

You mean you can't load the page or you can't fill the form?
I just tried both and it was fine for me.

The page won't load for me. Strange, I tried IE, Chrome & Safari but it fails to load on all 3.

I'm at work at the moment though, will try again from home this evening

Do you have some NSFW firewalling going on?

The page uses a google form, if you can browse the rest of the site ok then it might be your work network getting weird about the embedded form.

that's probably it, I can browse the rest of the site no problem.

I'd go give management a piece of my mind if I didn't have so much work to be getting on with :)

You'll probably get a mail when it's ready if you subscribed to the wish list. I'm sure there will be info here as well.

Regarding your solder iron, don't tell us your backlog is empty. No one will believe you :deadbanana:

It would also be rad if there was a possibility to flip a switch and get quantized voltages. Or if each row had a switch for quantized or unquantized. The Serge quantizer are terrible from what I hear it would be great to keep it all "in the box".

there's no waiting list with a secret handshake or anything like that. to me it seems just like mr. zthee has been swamped with getting the ttsh project rolling properly (problems with blemished panels and cases etc., delayed shipments, ...) so this has been postponed until that is done.

as for quantized voltages, you could build something like the barton quantizer or clee's 8 channel one at viewtopic.php?t=113797 to the same case / panel if you wanted.
Warm thank you to everyone for the past 10 years. I'm not active here anymore for personal reasons, so for those I've had the pleasure of dealing with please send an e-mail instead of PM if you wish to get in touch.
