You mentioned different flavors of digital noise, how will they be selected on the module? Interested in this for both audio usage and quantized cvs...

Obligatory name suggestions: Chaos & Reiteration Processor, Order Manipulator, Noise Canon, & Temporal Fugue Processor (thanks to Roger Zelazny).

You mentioned different flavors of digital noise, how will they be selected on the module?
The noise algorithms are "morphed" from 1 to another by the NOISE pot/CV.

This is not nailed down in terms of exactly what will be in there. But there will be much variety.

Thanks Paul, I thought that was just the digital noise frequency, what you're proposing sounds potentially a lot more interesting.

"Difference Engine" is nice ... I've no idea how technically accurate though.

This module is amazing! Noise-morph sounds extremely interesting, especially using it's own CV outs :yay:

It's the name of a steam driven computer prototyped in 1822 by Charles Babbage. I think it's on display at the London Science Museum, along with his brain.

Edit: could also be Displacement Engine

I like Stream Diverter so far, seems to tie in to the other names like deflector shield. I've no idea what it does though :despair:
