What's wrong with the socket and how have you been trying to repair it?

Long story short. I tried to adjust the contact bend and failed.

I am looking for the replacement part, I haven't located the manufacturer or a source.

I will hopefully see something on the Doepfer group, here or maybe locate the info through googling.

ah, you're talking about the 3.5mm jack? They're made by Cliff Jacks and the dealer that sold you the unit might be able to get it for you.

I just found what I think is the part Cliff Jack Sockets CL1384.

I'll ask Shawn.

While I await the Cliff sockets to become available in small quantities, I am trying to figure out a substitute in something like a panel mount.

has anyone figured out a way to use a two or three connector to replace a four pin connector?

What a pain in the butt.
