Can you order it with a silver panel or buy a separate silver panel?

No. We developed an in house process to make panels, and it requires they have a black top layer. We engrave the panels and mill away the black anodize layer. They are fantastic looking and are incredibly durable.

No new WMD products will have silver panels, we can not make them at our facility.

Thanks so much for the explanation! It helps me understand your decision.

I really love your filter designs. I’ve got the Micro Hadron Collider (uHC), Synchrodyne with Expander and Aperture. Each is full of unique character, sonic range and creative potential and provide essential tonal contrast with the more traditional filters in my system. They are SO good!!!

95% of my system is silver and I prefer the silver aesthetic, so I was hoping for a silver panel option. Maybe we’ll see a Greyscale panel someday... or I could just place it to the left of my Micro Hadron Collider. It would blend in nicely, right?

Keep the great products and videos coming!

Are these on track to have been shipped to vendors on the 20th last week? Everywhere still seems to be in pre-order.
We just started shipping a few units last Friday (24th of July), we had a potential COVID case and had to shut down shipping until tests came back (all negative fortunately). We're on track to ship this week.
Perfect, thank you - glad to hear everyone is safe!

Believe that Elevator Sound have a couple of their first batch of these still available to preorder, should be in late this week or early next week... ;)

my solution for this kind of ocd dilemma is to dedicate a row for black modules - it's easier to find black panel replacements and nowadays there are a lot more options in only black.

I pulled the trigger on this and love it so far.

The wave folder sounds amazing and pairs well with javelin. I can't quite figure out the use of the subtle input saturation yet, perhaps someone could enlighten me?

Upgrading to this from a 2hp LPF is literally another world lol I love how flexible it is. Love playing with the mode selection button to do transitions by waiting for downbeat to let go.

Not having an issue per say, just curious how others use it. The effect is so subtle that I only really hear the increased harmonic content if I run a sine/triangle through it.

I think it's supposed to be relatively subtle. It's saturation, not overdrive or distortion, after all. I use it when I want to thicken up whatever I'm running through it. I set it by ear, and pregnant user all three settings equally, just based on what sounds "right" for any given sound. Haven't messed with modulating it much.

How similar is this to the mmf? I have a pair and use them for stereo filtering and am considering upgrading one to a carbon. Is the fm Input and attenuation scaling the same?
