pretty sure he didn't mean anything rude, just a translation issue.

probably meant something along the lines of, "please let us know when you know anything. thanks!".

Funky40 has never been a dick, don't see why he/she/they would start now.

yeah. i live with someone that speaks English better than 92% of the people i meet, but it is her second language.

the word "just" seems the hardest to use without it sounding offensive. it has so many shades of meaning and intent and pushiness.

interesting.
I was *totally* not aware of this and never felt like "just" would implie..........lets say: "some pressure" to something.
or having something "snarky" to it

anyway, back to CNY ;)

lol. i have had to learn to ignore that word with friends/family that English is not their first language.

to native (at least United Statian) English speakers, it sounds like an absolute or harsh component to a sentence, even if that's not the intention.

Is there any documentation on the min/max delay times for the different delay algorithms? I was looking through the available documentation, and I didn't notice any values listed.

With the default sample rate:
Stereo Delay, Ping-Pong, Dual, Shimmer, into Reverb – half a second.
The rest is 1 second.

It was requested, so I made the muted version for two delays: “Delay mono_muted” and “Delay Ping-Pong_muted”. These versions are better suited for faster dialing the needed Delay Time, because there is no pitch shift artifacts prolonged by the feedback. So the newly dialed time can be clearly detected right away. If there is a need – I will add muted versions for other delays.

Finally good news regarding FX AID’s new run: should be available in Europe in around two weeks and in four weeks at Analogue Haven.

If you do not need the full frequency bandwidth, then positive CV sent to Sample Rate destination (4th led) will decreased the Sample Rate automatically increasing the delay time.

Sorry if this has been answeres before.
I looked at the website and FX overview, but couldn‘t find any information.

Why do most of the reverbs have a mono input?
Can I still input a stereo signal and it will be summed to mono? Or are mono-input signals restricted to the left input?

Not all reverbs need stereo input. Dry pass is stereo anyway, and if you will not use 100% wet reverb – dry pass will give that panning information anyway.
How do you imagine “Black Hole’s” stereo space? What is the distance between its side walls?

Wow, that was a quick answer!
But I don‘t quite understand what you mean.

The thing is that I often have a stereo signal before going into FX AID.
So my main question is if I have to sum it to mono when the effect has a mono input or if I can just run the stereo signal into FX AID (and it will be summed internally?) and all will be fine?

You never should mix anything to mono before FX AID. Mono input effects internally mix left and right inputs to preserve all instruments in case some of them are hard panned. So you connect L and R inputs from your stereo source and everything will be fine.

Awesome! Exactly as I hoped it would be. 😃
Thank you for the super quick answer!
