The Circuit Abbey Invy. I could not live with out the bipolar attenuation, bipolar amplification to a gain of 2x (brings my other synths up to eurorack level among many other fun applications), and the bipolar offsets. Plus the mixing an multing is just a huge cherry on top. To me and my patching being able to easily control the range and scale of any signal is super important.

Really? 3 of them? Do you use them for different voices or chain them up?

He's being very naughty and provocative - :spank: - pulling your patch cable as it were. Every one knows two Clouds is the optimum configuration, step over that threshold at your peril - one simply gets fog.

Personally I usually use them for different things at the same time rather than chain them, which isn't terribly effective - though in parallel they can do alternate holds, with similar settings, to get a kind of real-time time stretchy thing going on...

For me, the Turing Machine (Mk II with pulses + volts) is indispensable. I use it in many ways, but it is particularly excellent at creating semi-random variations that keep a patch from becoming repetitive.

No. Nothing is better than Maths.
Your question is read as "Besides Maths, what is your favorite module?"

I'll say René even tho I don't have it since a long time but it is defenetly one of the piece of gear I have that realy inspire me the most.

I realy like the way you can interact with it physicaly and how you can totaly change the ongoing pattern or sequence by the press of one location or just by changing the behaviour of the mod input.

Er-301 for me. Of course it's my newest module so that might have something to do with it.

Actually the module I find myself wiggling the most is the tELHARMONIC these days, so I guess I'll vote for that. It's a unique module that mixes sound generation and composition.

Rings is probably my favorite module, but not "can't live without." I did actually contemplate the possibility of replacing it with something else in the future, because apparently I needed to hurt myself for some reason. :hihi:

Nah, he's right. Three Clouds is just right. Gets my vote too.
