I hadn't seen that before. Maybe he's still working on it, considering that the image is a render and not a photo.

I had the first one for a while, but sold it because rhe level was so low it drove me crazy. AND I was not too excited about some of the actual sounds coming out of it.
Curious to see if this new version might be sonically different.

I asked them recently and I was told the module should be ready in 4 or 6 weeks :yay:

I was holding out for this but I found a version one and I love it. This will be tempting... esp with the expansion module.

I'm waiting for this one and the SD1Simpledrum from soundmachines for a while. Then I'll have enough drum modules...... :despair: well for some time at least

I bet they haven't changed much but that's fine by me, had the original box and loved how it sat in a mix. happy to see some controls and cv ins, this is definitely on my want list. he makes quirky stuff and its great.

Good news! The Delptronics website has updated the release date to late August. I'm very excited to get one!

I ordered one ldb-2e yesterday within an hour of when Delptronics sent me an email saying that they are shipping.
I do hope that the sounds are as good as I have heard on youtube.
Yes I realize that it is not a whole suite of Tiptop drums in a 6 HP module, but I thought that it sounded good enough for "backround" drums to add some rhythm to the mix.
I just do not have quite enough complexity from 2- 4 HP Tiptop modules and Peaks.

As to the Simpledrums, I was not impressed at all with its sound.

Foghorn

well, in a few more posts, I can sell it here if I do not like it.

And I have a chip, the RMX-6, with 6 separate outputs.
6 separate pitch CVs.

But it ruins creativity with a shitload of patch cords so is not really suited for eurorack.

This thread is about Delptronics LDB2? I understand that you want to contribute, but just showing up to plug your own product (three posts in a row no less) does not seem like much of a contribution.

So yes, :ripbanana: at least.

I too have been waiting for this since I saw it at NAMM in Jan. and picked it up as soon as I got the notification. :bananaguitar:

This is my new drum configuration. I already got my Trigger Man and dig it.

I like the individual outs/volumes on some/all voices. Nice upgrade.

Did you get the expander too? Do the added features give a fair amount of versatility?
