i just picked up a dx9 for a hundred bucks its in great shape everything works, alot easier to progam than the 7 and its cool for drone stuff and its has a midi in out and thru. has anyone used the midi out for control modular stuff? do some of the midi outs on older synths work better than others?

one thing that tripped me up with delays when i first started was not putting them at the end of the signal chain so i would defeat the purpose by having a vca or something being triggered after the delay, this most likely isnt your problem but if by chance your learning and still figuring stuff out...

ive learned alot with the "tripfire" by circuit abbey, its 4hp and has alot of uses check it - i kidda just feel like these things are bound to grow in auspicious ways so embrace it and keep everything, after all i dont know anyone who would say that they wouldnt want Tonto!
