Yes, that sequencer seems to be a very space-effective tool! Interested, if you build a batch some day, batchas! And thanks for all your work for the bug community. Much appreciated!

 Thanks sungja :hmm: The title means "disgusting rhythms" or "sick times", or something along those lines, in Toki Pona. I had great fun - the whole rhythm algorithm is implemented in bugs.

Sorry to hear about the PCBs - but it looks good. Very similar to the old one, function-wise. Different feel in the new stick?

Yes, those are two NLC sequencer panels and the NLC Cellular Automata panel. The keyboard is a Nord Stage 3 - I am a pianist, so I need a proper one. I work a with Nord, too, so I'm using it for beta testing etc. It's an amazing keyboard instrument, with a Lead A1 built in (plus it can play samples).

Cleaned up the modular corner a bit. Things were piling up, and I couldn't really play as I wanted anymore. And I needed to integrate the video modular with the other stuff. Threw a few keyboards (dear Nords...) into their bags and let the modulars take their place (kept the Stage mothership at the ...

Sorry, missed the power discussion here! As I have written before in other threads, I often run synth gear - including Bug frames - from power packs. Works like charm. I have several large and semi-large power packs from Anker and other brands with a DC output, often switchable between 9/12V, or 9/1...

Very nice setup! Compact and concentrated. Personally, I think Bugs and Serge work very well together (even if I have Serge circuits mostly in other guises, such as CGS, Bananalogue and Metalbox).

So, Tom, is this circuit design different from he old CTL2? Because I always use it covered with tape, as I had problems getting a good dynamic range without it - it hit the maximum too fast for my taste. As it is now, it gives great control over gradual touch. Actually, it was my main controller fo...

That is a beautiful rack! But isn't it hard to play the S-2000 ribbon with that configuration?

I also have a Cirklon, but I haven't started using it with my Metasonix stuff yet. How does it work for you?

I saw a preliminary version of the film in a private screening a couple of days ago. They are still editing it. It was a wonderful experience - lots of detail and unknown footage. They dug really deep in the archives. But it will still take some time to finish the editing. It will be worth the wait.

About 1.5"
Should be added that you can easily unscrew the stick for packing. Will the new one have detachable stick, as the old one?

Good to hear - just don't remove any features!
The current joystick (the actual stick and its base) has worked for me, but I could see that a little more friction could be good. Just don't add springs - would totally destroy it for me.

I think you could just make more of the old one. It's the best joystick controller I've ever used. I have used it quite a lot as the main controller for a small impro system, and the combination of the touch controllers and the joystick allows for a wide variety of gestural playing styles. Having bo...
