I could get really excited about that little system. One might think, at first, that it needs a filter, but the Dual VDO sounds great without one, and you can always patch up the Dual LFO in a pinch. And the Quad LFO/Dual Quantizer combo make for a great little sequencer. I see lots of potential :oo...

Awesome video :tu: Couple of questions: So does the clock shift the bits over and the sum of the voltages creates the CV out (like the Touring)? Is there a regular sequencer mode? Who can build me one? Yes, the voltages are summed It behaves like a regular sequencer when there is only one bit...

I don't think my idea accounts for the length of tape between the record and playback heads, though
Changing the sampler to a delay module might get closer.

Something similar might be achieved with a couple of mixers, and a single sampling module that can operate in a looping mode with overdub recording. Mult the incoming signal Patch the incoming signal to one channel of mixerA and one channel of mixerB. Patch the output of mixerA to a sampling module ...

I wasn't really familiar with the Time Lag Accumulator concept when I first read your thread, so I did a little research. To be honest, I'm struggling to understand how this might be achieved in the modular realm. From what I understand, one tape loop passes through two tape recorders with the first...

You will need at least one VCA to make use of the ADSR, and you will need a MIDI to CV module if you want to use your Novation keyboard.
Also, you will require an instrument interface/input-output module to boost the signal from your laptop, if you want to use the modular to process audio.

You should be able to mix eurorack and frac if you have separate power supplies for each, right? and then the only difficulty should be matching plugs. Yes, and they both use the same kind of plugs, so that's not an issue. Just so the OP doesn't get confused. Some Frac is banana and some frac is mi...

Interloper from Frac land here. I didn't find the PPG ROM gave a particularly strong sound. It's conceivable that the fault lies with me but I did a quick comparison, Waldorf PPG 3V (software), Waldorf Microwave 1 (Rev A) and the PPG/VS ROM. You're likely fully aware of this, but the sound is going...
