I have a problem with Sync using the Clock Multiplication. I clock from Ableton through a MS 812 (Ethernet). Sending a 4ppqn (16th notes) to MS 812 to ER 101 Clock input. If I don't Mult the clock, it's OK. As soon as I mult the clock, after couple of 'bars' the sync gets funky. The timing is tight ...

Re: Swing

Swing... So I had a crazy idea the other day... What if the TempsUtile could give us a swing (swung?) beat? Roger Linn sez: My implementation of swing has always been very simple: I merely delay the second 16th note within each 8th note. In other words, I delay all the even-numbered 16th notes with...

2 years later, any news options?

I clock the René from my DAW (through a Alyseum MS 812)

I could edit the length of the note (gate) in ableton, but I want a fun/live option.

142-1 seems a great add to my setup : Clock->142-1->René

What do you think? Any news options now?

Cheers,
J-P

you mean individual tracks with individual shuffle settings? There are a some sequencers, i think, that have microsteps, so you can program an individual shuffle (varigate for example).

That's what I meant :)

xox sequencer with several input clocks?

Hello! :) I'm a newbie coming from ITB (Ableton/push), I used to apply several shuffle to my drums and would like to do the same with my future modular sequencer. Some sequencers can divide/mult the clock but haven't seen any that can accept several inputs. I have to check if the A-157 can do it. An...
