I don't have direct experience with the URA or Verbos, but I have the Sapèl and dinosaurs said it in less words. It is an amazing random source that is very fun to play with. Though the panel when patched is pretty hard to navigate. The knobs are a little to close together for my taste. And the litt...

I’m really just more confused than defensive. Honestly. How is patching the source you want to follow into the input and the CV out complicated? That’s the patch, two cables, pretty much like any other dedicated envelope follower. So that is why I am confused. I’m am left to wonder, either you are s...

Not to mention there was talk of extracting gates which is done so easily on Maths. I’m honestly a little confused here. I’m all for people doing what makes the most sense for them, but the OP wanted info and I am supplying it.

Maths is a wonderful module, but it's not a particularly ergonomic envelope follower. How is it not particularly ergonomic? Please explain. I believe they means using a Maths as a makeshift envelope follower isn't as good as an actual envelope follower. How is it a “makeshift” envelope follower and...

[quote="Mr D"]I must say i really don't like the interfaces on Make Noise stuff. Hard to judge what the hell it does by looking at the front panel./quote] The interface is excellent. ... But the small tank is like a noise concert all on its own. I'd even be willing to live with the hiss, but the 60 cycle hum is going to be a problem. ... I am finding I have to put a low pass filter after the Springray II with the small tank. This hiss is out of control. MaybeI am just not aware...

Not sure if MORDAX is still keeping up on this thread, but I have a minor feature request. Would you be able to lighten up the RED trace a bit? Just add a but more white to it so it has more contrast with the screen? It feels very dark in comparison with the rest of the colors. Or maybe have a high ...

Hey there, is anyone else getting bleed when using the FM input? Basically, even if the module is not being triggered I can hear the FM modulator VCO at the output.. It is normal - the circuit is always a bit resonant so you are hearing that frequency being modulated. I suggest switching in the env...

Baddcr's hammer experiment encouraged me to try something similar, though maybe a little more delicate. I'm being detailed here so that any of you that may ant to try this can save time from my experience. I bought some orange knobs from IME for my RxMx. https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/userpix2/2...

OK, a couple of really simple questions that are impenetrable to me. I am a really new Eloquencer user. 1. What are the note values above and below the bigger note? 2. If I have selected a quantized scale, why does the note value display notes outside that scale? (the output is quantized, but the no...

Sinamsis Yes, I could use the RxMx like that, but that is not the way I use it, nor it is really meant to be an end of chain mixer. I use it to mix waveforms and scan between them and I use it as an LPG and a spectral filter. Also, it is pretty great for feedback patches. Basically I will probably ...

The TBVCA , Tangle Quartet , and the Listen Four all seem more appropriate for 1U modules (to save space). No filter!!! Zorlon , Wogglebug , and Noise Tools seem redundant for the random facilities. Cool, this is the kind of challenge I need. Excuse me for the the extremely long response. I am part...

I encounter the same thing with my DAMKII. The DA v1 was a lot more snappy. The Quadra ( intellijel is even more snappy and snappier than the MATHS ) One nice trick with the DAMKII send a to the trig input of the envelope but remove the envelope's amount on the VCA section and send the clock out to...

So I have a difficult question because I have not done anything scientific to prove my observations. Does anyone feel like the envelopes on the DA MKII are not so fast and snappy? The bummer though is they only have two knob sizes on the IME site and they do not have D-Shaft. So, really getting knobs for other modules doesn't really work.

I would enjoy a full orange system.
