+1 to authorless’ post. You’ve got a full system, use it and decide what you want to add, if anything, as you go. +2. This would be my usual response. +3 You have a ton of utilities already. As mentioned previously, Makenoise builds in a ton of utility to their modules. Plus the Double Andore has a...

Hello all, an update to my earlier post about fast envelopes. I wrote to IME about the issue I am experiencing with the HD MKIII. I am paraphrasing the response to please forgive me if it is not entirely accurate. They have confirmed that this behavior is expected an intentional. There is somewhat h...

Please someone tell me there is a (practical) way around this or a firmware update coming  Plucky and percussive would be among the main reasons why I'd get the HD3. Keep in mind I am in a troubleshooting stage here. Do not take what I am saying as a definitive bug or issue. There are many var...

Yo IME freaks! I got a question about the HD III (also the PH III, but keeping it to HD for now). Have you noticed a bit of lag in the 1v/Oct input or the CV input? I have noticed that when I send really fast envelopes into these inputs, to get a quick percussive pitch drop, that it lacks punch. Se...

I participated in Disquiet Junto for the first time this weekend in which the task was to use only your most recently acquired musical tool. Mine was the HDIII and a reconfigured case. All sounds in this piece come from the HDIII.

I would not confuse unwarranted negativity with constructive criticism. Lame. Anyway, it looks like a really great product and that it could be quite powerful. However, this being modular, people are going to want to plug things into as well. I echo the sentiment that without CV inputs it is more li...

Does anyone who use the DUCK output feels like its really harsh? I have to keep the decay knob at noon to 1o'clock to be useful. below noon it doesn't duck, and pass 1o'clock its takes the envelope forever to go back up. Am I missing something here? It is just an inversion of the envelope, so its t...

Anyone notice the volume output of the Digiverb drops really fast the higher you turn up the mix? I understand that some of this is due to the reverb washing out and smearing the source, but at 12'oclock mix I would expect the original signal to be fully present.

Now that both MKIII oscillators are released I am hoping that Andore Jr. become the main focus. I also have been thinking about two of these. Curiously, from the Gov Blacksnake quote above it seems that the two envelopes will use the same knobs, but with the button press you can control the slopes i...

My two cents after playing with the Roland modules at a synth meet, the interface is awful, I mean truly terrible. Those little sliders suck hard and the modules feel super cramped. I do not usually trash modules, but I will never buy any of those Roland modules. That said, I own two WMD Spectrums a...

That sounds fantastic, mt3 . You know, I'd say that I was in the other camp when I first got the TS a few years ago. The reason was because it was my first "sampler" module and I had projected expectations onto to it that came from software and computers. I honestly thought I was using it wrong. It ...

I am pretty happy with the TS as is I'd be more interested in the quad modulation source, which has been hinted at in one of the recent videos. Kermit MK III probably. But the TS update would be welcome for sure. The funny thing thing, though, the more I use it the more I do not give a crap about th...

TH Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. So, with the A-138e if I am using gates and 1/2 way between are you saying that the voltage will be summed? Meaning if each gate happens to be 5v and two are playing at once the output will be 10v? Regardless, I think the CF is more what I am looking for. ...

Bringing this thread back to life. I am wondering if anyone has used the A-138-e for gates? For example on ch 1 you could have three gate patterns going in and one out. Allowing you to switch/fade between gate patterns. One of the other modules out there designed specifically for gate crossfading is...
