You could sample and hold your CV. Trigger, S&H and a sawtooth LFO. authorless is quite on the spot there. This would accomplish something close to what Im looking for. Unfortunately the LFO would reset at the same time regardless of how many triggers it has received. So I wouldnt be able to use an...

RCD rotate input

I recently got a 4ms RCD and I love it. My one pet peeve (aside from one of the led's not working right off the bat) is that the rotate input only accepts cv. I would find the module more suited to my needs if the divisions would advance from their current position to the next jack upon receiving a ...

The pause input will pause the moskwa only for as long as the voltage at that input is high. You need to send it a gate rather than a trigger, and for an 8 step pause it will need a gate that is 8 steps long. I hope that helps. I dont have the moskwa+ostankino+moskwa combo, and dont use mine with a ...

Right now it's A-199 + Echophon.
Patch reverb out into Echophon feedback in, then Echophon feedback out into A-199 feedback in. Balance the input attenuators and feedback amounts so one isn't overpowering the other.
Then just start tweaking emphasis, delay time, pitch shift, etc and enjoy the madness.

late night jam

Just got a Doepfer A-199 and an Intellijel Plog. Tried them out for the first time after work tonight and thought I'd share the results. I dont have any clock dividers or multipliers at the moment so I know this is only the tip of the iceberg with the Plog but I'm having a lot of fun with it nonethe...

Ok, so I thought I'd give it a shot and wade through the patch cables in this video. http://www.modulargrid.net/e/patches/view/1796 There might still be errors in there of course. Not sure if the patch gets copied when you copy the rack, try it and correct errors if you find them. Most intriguing f...

When I was younger I was playing around with my korg mono/poly and my friend who was napping on my bed jumped up, ran outside and started puking, followed shortly by my other friend who throws up whenever she sees someone else throw up apparently. The first one claims it was because of the noise the...

I was deciding between these two as well for the system Im working on. I ended up going with the Moskwa. It made sense in my case because the system is a small portable suitcase modular, and Moskwa is significantly smaller. Also, I tend to dislike modules with hidden functions/menu diving, as its ta...

Mine does this as well and it's pretty frustrating. It's a fantastic module, but IMO a dry/wet control should do just that. Ill see if the adjustment in the manual people have mentioned will do anything, and failing that probably contact makenoise.

Buchla was my first modular. I started off with 4 modules, expanded to 6, and now taking it back down to 4 to build a Euro system. Buchla and Euro both have their own unique things to offer. My Euro stuff will never sound like the Buchla gear I have, but I can build a compact, well rounded performan...

Moskwa? I dont have one, but the pendulum and random modes plus the built in slew limiter makes me think it would be good for slowly evolving patches.
More information about what you are looking for would definitely be helpful though.
