Re: Using Virus TI to control modular?

Disregard....I figured it out. It was a USB issue...I have an ancient AMT 8, and it was plugged into a 3rd party USB hub rather than a hard port. Works perfectly now that AudioMIDI actually recognizes the AMT8, rather than it being greyed out.

Using Virus TI to control modular?

MIDI out from TI to modular’s MIDI in...no triggering. Works with other synths just fine.

Manual alludes to 4 pages of controls, including “soft thru,” but I only see two pages.

OS is latest 5.1.7

Noise Swash = permanent quarantine in a vet's office with the aminals no one will adopt, and don't exist to begin with.

Re: New poly synth/synth company - ASM Hydrasynth

Took delivery 5 days ago and set it on a stand directly above the Q....goldangit if they aren’t even more similar than I had imagined. Despite Hydra’s programming depth, I realize why I’ve held on to my Q for 2 decades now, and forever.

Re: New poly synth/synth company - ASM Hydrasynth

After watching EVERY YouTube demo, all it took was a nice chinwag with Ryan at Perfect Circuit to fill in the blanks, and i big fat ordered my first hardware synth in 14 years. Got tired of my ancient yellow Waldorf Q mooing and whinnying about having someone to relate to....senior cat....meet frisk...

Lock-down noise rack. It's been therapeutic. Need more modulation (Likely ochd). Main Electro-pod is undergoing a refit in space dock. Will update when back in orbit. MC.

I've got a Cyclebox for almost 8 years now and honestly I discover new sounds each time I play with it. So don't worry, enjoy, and be patient with your new toy. This is part of the modular game.
I have a CBII as well...ever try feeding itself back into the sync jack?

Doepfer case question

I have a pair of A-100P9 cases that I bought in 2016, which was the year that Dieter switched over from PSU2 to PSU3's. I no longer have my receipts, so I don't know exactly when I bought them. Is there a way to tell based upon stamping or other indicators near the transformer? This makes a differen...
