soundmachines with the static values it makes more sense. Will it record CV's for the "run" button, or do you set the program in advance?

soundmachines are the features of the dmx module set in stone?would really like a module with 8 inputs, and maybe an expander with 16 more.hook it up to a computer to set what channels they affect.or something like that.

Paranormal Patroler I think I can read "trigger" above the eight output jacks in the bottom, so some kind of trigger sequencer?

last one is some kind of paranormal stuff, can't make sense of it.

they were nowhere to be found when I started out. Pressure points + this would make for a nice little chord machine.

eurorack into apogee duet?

Hi A friend of mine is borrowing some modules, and we're wondering if it is "safe" to hook them up directly to his Apogee Duet, with no output module. Has anyone got any experiences with the Duet? At home I just connect it directly to a Behringer mixer, works like a charm. I was kinda hoping it woul...

Can someone who has a lunchbox please measure the depth in the lid? I'm thinking it would be nice to fit a shallow controller module in there, if at all possible.

I would only need about 1" depth in the "main case", so space for pots etc when closed shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks.

Looking forward to hear what cool stuff you do with this. Do you have the WMD triple bipolar vca? I'm thinking it would be a perfect match when using the deviator knob or input, but won't get to try one out in the near future myself. :deadbanana:

I've been wondering for a while, people tend to say that west vs. east is just patching techniques, still it seems west coasters make noise and east coasters make melodies. So could I play a standard melody with an fm patch and still call it west coast?

Re: Stackcables question: can they receive input?

I just got a couple of stackcables (my first ones), and they work nicely to duplicate outputs, but they don't seem to be able to receive "stacked" input, e.g. adding an additional cv signal for modulation. Is this possible? Am I expecting something physically (electrically) impossible? It is not re...

That would kill patching ergonomics. Using stackcables on cramped modules is a pain.

synthrotek erthenvar used to list dimensions and stuff for their 1u tiles, but I can't seem to find it right now. Blank plates, rails etc can be found here. I would think its pretty open for anyone to join the 1u party. The more modules the merrier for everyone :tu:

Go colors! :) Modules like 4ms, endorphin.es etc never fail to put a smile on my face. If your faceplates are symmetrical, you could make a black and white panel on the backside. Whoever has a problem with colors would then be able to flip it around. oh, and what Paranormal Patroler said. ...

Really looking forward to use this as a trigger sequencer as well!

MrDys I don't see how skewing the signal would give you swing. Won't the skew pot have to be all the way to the left for it to work as a trigger sequencer?
