Re: SSM2056

Be careful with SSM2056 (and SSM2050) when you use the ADSR CV controls inputs at the same time.

Best not to use for diy project unless you have a big stock of them.

Is the 'SERGE MODULAR' tag/name on the Serge panels refers to the brand name or the model name?

Re: Moog Memorymoog sucessfully cloned

I could had placed 3 voices in one larger board instead of 3 separated boards, sharing cabling for power and a control signals, Awesome project Tip: avoid for your own purpose large pcb's,its all fine, cut costs etc,but large boards that heats up = more distension of the board = higher risk to crack...

Re: OPA1654 vs OPA1679

No, the word 'neutral' does not mean that ,you are just using it as interpretation, that is why its subjective like 'cold' or 'warm'. You better use 'flat frequency response' then. Also your statement 'Every part of the studio sound processing hardware should be ' is completely subjective. You canno...

Re: OPA1654 vs OPA1679

Sorry to say but you have been teached the wrong way then because the term 'Neutral' like you use is as subjective as 'warm' or 'cold' i did use. Again you are wrong. Term "neutral" is objective because it means "you are not changing frequency characteristic of the sound" what means that frequency ...

Re: OPA1654 vs OPA1679

Because your way of processing audio does not mean its 'the standard' of how to process... But nice try lol It's not my way. It's a way I learnt long time ago studying sound engineering in Technical University. Sorry to say but you have been teached the wrong way then because the term 'Neutral' lik...

Sick of my cheap plastic parts drawers so made this one from salvaged timber
fronts are blackwood taken from an old stump started it last august
