Re: Pulsar-23 by Soma

YMMV but this whole body/fingers patching thing doesn't work at all for me anyway, maybe my skin is too dry but I can't get it working unless I lick my fingers (and I don't want to do that). I think on the contrary the banana connector raises the cables above the knobs, giving a better access to the...

Re: Pulsar-23 by Soma

Just received mine, amazing instrument but I find croco patching a little annoying. Easy to lose connections or make shorts, unpatching takes forever. I am considering doing this banana treatment for all the pins. Initial tests seems to work fine (not sure why the pic is rotated, sorry): IMG_0373.JPG

Not exclusively synths, but mostly. Here I have 3U (BugBrand) + 4U (Serge) + 5U (Modcan A) :

Re: Penrose Possibles (Open Source Sonic Potions Quantizer)

Great module ! Here, the voices are from Scrotum Lab's Orgone Accumulator & Tresses (MI Braids). The melodies are provided by Dual Benjolin in Modcan format, quantised by the Penrose. The PWM output from OA goes through CoFilter.

Its good to be back my friend. Thats a monster you created out of my old system!! :omg:

I'm staying small now, sold off a load of stuff and keeping it simple.

Just heard about his passing after a 2 1/2 year battle against leukemia.

Huge influence for me. So sad to learn this

You can run the outputs of the gate sequencer into a mixer and you get a cv sequencer. not exactly, because it's one output at a time, so it won't do anything interesting through a mixer - but your idea works nicely with a pulse divider though, in case you miss a sequencer Since only one step is on...
