I have three 3604/3620 case reproductions available

The cases are 9mm baltic birch plywood for the sides, 6mm baltic birch plywood for the large panels. ARP used some type of hardwood plywood in the same dimensions. It's not oak, but has a reddish color. Baltic birch is very strong, very stiff, and for weight to strength ratio, probably a better sele...

I retract what I said above. The steel case comes pre drilled to accept types 1 and 8 pans. M4 fasteners are the best choice for this. To use types 4 or 9 reverbs, some drilling is needed. Better to drill the pan to fit the case. In either case, the mount points are different from the wide holes on...

Really nice! So the reverb tank for this needs to be the shorter version if you want to use the leather case? Now how about some pics of the metal case as well? the snap case is designed for the shorter tank, but you can always mount a longer tank an the back panel if you choose. Metal ca...

How would you be fabricating that case?

Will you be using a CNC of some sort, or power tools? I see the side panels as problematic. A taper cut terminating in an L shape seems difficult to do correctly. It could be done with a saber saw, but difficult to get long straight cuts with that tool. A table saw would not afford vertical cuts and...

New ARP 2600 style cases for v4 will be available this month

Hi, As the long awaited TTSH v4 is arriving within a few weeks I'm building 2600 style cases for those who want to keep the DIY mainly to electronics. I am not taking orders. They are listed on 3 sites, synthCube, ebay, and reverb, when they are ready to be sold. If there's interest, I can announce ...
