so many improvements in the minibrute 2. If you have no euro connected to it, that second osc with separate tuning is so important. If you have euro connected: the patchbay on the front changes everything, and it has so many connections. Imo the minibrute 2 is a killer control keyboard for a modula...

In terms of the actual poll, Makenoise and Malekko are too niche, Oberheim has basically given up any semblance of existing already, and Waldorf closing really wouldn't surprise me at all even without Behringer. Moog/Korg/Roland/et al are all probably safe. I think the companies more likely to have ...

it's all good. in a few years... the general market will get sick of synths again... fewer will be made... behringer will get out of the synth game entirely and we'll all have to suffer through whatever is the next keyboard hating grunge thing. I doubt it, rock music is pretty much past the point o...

Re: Patching Mother 32 and 0-Coast - any ideas for a neophyt

I tried this but strangely no difference. Should this work when one patches the main out from 0-coast to mother’s ext audio? Am I missing something or could it be that either my mother or 0-coast is broken? Btw it I patch outputs together is it going to broken my synth? Sorry about these questions ...

Oh wow I was expecting half that. The motors do sound pretty cool now that I can actually hear them but that price....

It sounds very 303 in the Superbooth demo - aside from the subosc - but not at all in the other two videos. It's like they were trying to make it NOT sound like a 303 in the Korg and Reverb videos. The first few seconds of the Reverb video actually really sound like a dirty funk bass guitar, I wann...

This one's pretty weird. I like to see the nutubes getting out there but the sound isn't really convincing me. Then again I don't care much for acid personally so maybe just me? It looks cool/weird but listening to that little demo I'm not hearing much that couldn't be done with any other synth, although it does seem to have a mild fuzzy overdrive thing going on. Curious what the 'accelerate' knobs do

I keep trying so hard not to care about all this Behringer stuff but they keep pulling me back in every time I hear how good they actually sound. Guess I'm in for a 909...

Got a Roland JV-1080. got the roland JV1010 recently. half the price of a 1080, double the sounds, enough pianos to last me a lifetime AND as can be seen here, a totally new DOOM experience in general midi terms :-ö) This is freakin amazing

All the Moogs were on sale with a hundred dollar discount for Moogfest last week so that might have something to do with it.

It's pretty hideous but all those track outs are pretty cool. Price is hefty at nearly double the regular Digitone.
