I don't know why I didn't name them earlier - I'd add Kamikaze, Love on Your Side, and The Gap to my list.

Re: Second SQ-1 - why do I feel slightly embarrassed?
2 of them expand significatively the sequencing power, since you can do very interesting stuff with them like using the gate out of one to drive the clock of the other, and of course multiply CV/gate lanes I also like to use them as voltage memory manual controllers, sending the knobs´ CV values ma...

This might be the ONE polysynth I get when I swore I didn't need any more.... (Been really liking mono/duo/paraphonic synths recently...)

Re: The Official Eurorack Deals Discussion Thread
Control has the Disting mk4 at $169 brand new + the code VWAVES (I just tried) comes out to $152, brand new! Grab them while they're hot Same with Detroit Modular, plus the 3% or so you get towards a future purchase! Their using the same code? No, DM is currently accepting both "LOVE10" and "LOCKDO...

Re: Second SQ-1 - why do I feel slightly embarrassed?
Korg should make SQ-1 as a little module. Actually, it'd be pretty straightforward to do a conversion, no? It runs off of 5V...and there's a 5V rail... I'd rather see an SQ-1+ with a reset and the ability to take MIDI in and sync to the clock and transpose on notes being played over MIDI. Perhaps a...

Re: Announcing Strega!
Some of the time-delay settings sound a bit like SoftPop also, but I think the approach they are taking has some interesting characteristics that are different from SoftPop. (Which makes me think - SoftPop into a Strega would be phenomenal.)

I'm glancing over the manual now - it is really interesting in that it tells you what things do without umm telling you what exactly is going on inside this magical little box. Makes it seem like more fun.

Re: Second SQ-1 - why do I feel slightly embarrassed?
Anyone using it to control CV/exp inputs on guitar pedals? Was also wondering this. am thinking of picking one up for this exact reason Not yet, but I think I may give it a shot in the not too distant future. --- Anyway, I really like the SQ-1 (I have two). They are dirt simple to set up and play w...

Re: Announcing Strega!
Cut a rubber band into two strips, loosen the screws going into that dowel a little bit, place the strips on either side where the case contacts the stand, and tighten the screws back up. The friction will make it pretty solid. May need to repeat for each tier. Just a temporary fix as every little ...

I'm hoping that if they don't make the goal, they will consider a relaunch. Perhaps see if they just need to get a wider marketing net and/or maybe a little bit of investor money to reduce how much they need.

Does the top panel feel secure? I was looking at these but wasn't sure if I would trust patching in and out of what looks to be almost a 90 degree surface. ^ Come on man. For $300-400 just get it. It is an amazingly deep synth. I've only bothered to make a couple of sounds of my own and just tweaked presets to make them my own - record and discard. It is the best value musical instrument I have ever made. I am an analog dude so not a lot of digital sy...
