WMD Aperture has no less than 9 cv inputs and is an absolute beast of a bandpass filter. You have individual control of the HP/LP cutoff and res as well as the overall frequency and bandwidth, feedback, and an input vca. I hardly ever see it mentioned around here, and it's totally killer.

Assuming you own a drill, just get some Easy Out extractor bits. You should be able to pick up a set at Menard's/Home Depot/Local Hardware Store of Choice for under $20. Much less risky than trying to use pliers or snips.
