Re: Voltage Research Laboratory!! Pitt Mod......

^ The Analog Delay module might be the first effect that I buy in Euro. I mostly just port pedals in via Malekko SND/RTN (x3). The delay sounds real good in the few demos I heard. Indeed I love it and I use it a lot. I was even considering another one. Ihave to admit thatit's a very important part ...

CG Products Love

I just thought I might bring up from time to time some demos of the CG Products, since these modules are super nice. I like the approach and how they invite you to discover sounds. But let's start with a classic Karplus Strong Demo of their Delay 1022 v2: https://soundcloud.com/thenoiseoftime/cg-pro...

Re: Motu M4 vs SSL 2+

I haven't had a chance to try them but I'm very interested to see what people think as well. I've been looking at that and the Focusrite Scarlett 4i4. I've been using the gen1 2i2 that has been fairly decent audio wise, but lacks midi i/o which I wish it had for on the go use. Now the Motu interfac...

Motu M4 vs SSL 2+

So I came to the conclusion that I need a portable Audio Interface. The Motu M4 looks like a nobrainer, but now that the SSL brought up their interface with that fancy 4K button I was wondering if anyone can report how does that benefit synth sounds? Any other Pros and cons to consider? It looks lik...

just saw today someone put on sale in my areas music forum B 303 for 150€. Used for a few hours. Folks buying and using them like socks. Thats the biggest issue i see here. Re: Instruo I-o47 or Serge QVCF for Pinging?

I just made recently this one which is a Cwejman MMF1-s Filter pinging. But the beauty of some pingings are often the effect behind the Filter ping. I often use my attunated tube modules for that. https://soundcloud.com/thenoiseoftime/vortex-generator-1 Worth mentioning the Klangbau Twin Peak Filter...

Re: The Eurorack Phaser thread

I've taken a risk on the Tau Phaser but as it's the cheapest option right now (bought from a good builder in California), it seemed worthwhile. It's also fairly large and lacks a ton of CV, but it sounds good in demos. If it doesn't work out then the Next Phase will be likely my next option. me too...

Re: Vortex Generator a Maths/Benjolin Fusion 10HP

https://soundcloud.com/thenoiseoftime/vortex-generator-1/ I used the gates to ping a Cwejman MMF1-s Filter, distortion is made by Metasonix R-52 and quantised with Ornament & Crime. Mimeophons Delay is modulated by the envelopes of the Vortex Generator. I'm going to follow up with a patch showing h...

Re: Behringer: practices, ethics, morals and legitimacy.

Anger and hate often have to do with failure in some ways. From the psychological point of view you are either the person who attaches good thing to yourself or to a circumstance (outside) and for bad things its the same pattern, either you make yourself responsable or someone else. Making music of...

Re: Behringer: practices, ethics, morals and legitimacy.

I think it might have to do with some personal failure or something similar and now the bad guy I blame for all this is Behringer. Yes! It's because they buy all these expensive synths, modulars etc only to discover they are sh*t at music. So they must focus on someone or some company to take it ou...

Re: Behringer: practices, ethics, morals and legitimacy.

I often see overpriced modules, why don't we talk about that? Surely you've seen that it is indeed discussed, bothe here and on every other possible place for it to be discussed? But here's why it's a lost cause IMO. No matter the topic, there will be the same three responses, agree, disagree-somet...

Re: Mungo Enterprises d0, dual channel Delay

Has somebody here had some good chance to compare Rainmakers and D0's Karplus Strong capability? I use the Rainmaker mostly for this kind of stuff, but find myself glancing at the D0 all the time, but with such a huge and capable (and expensive) delay module in my rack, I can't really justify getti...

Re: MFB 8 Voice Polyphonic Synth

another review by Stimming. It shows kind of what I would have expect from this synth. Kind of strange that he mentioned the things that don't work on his prototype rather than clarify wether it has been fixed or not. This synth would be a good addition to my analog effects on my eurorack. Having al...

I like the Bastl, I bought it to be used while playing with a keyplayer. But I use it also as a quantizer & autotuner.
I think this video explains very well the idea behind it. There is also a good overview of the module on the bastl youtube channel.

Trogotronic m277 power supply & alternativ tube

I'm sorry i used the search function but I could somehow not find the specs of the power supply anymore. I know its a 12 v power supply and I don't want to order one from overseas.

Also I somewhere read about an alternativ tube for the m277 but I couldn't find it anymore... :despair:

Re: Mungo Enterprises c1, convolution, delay, sampler

Can we except a new line of updated products, like d1, g1 etc...? Or it's a brand new line of products? The re-released d0, p0, and w0 received minor updates on the new platform, and the g0 has been updated significantly but kept the same interface so didn't get a model number bump. The c1 was radi...
