That's what I need! Where do I find the schematic? I've got the documentation with BOM linked on page 1 of this thread but no schematic with red outlined bits?

Has anybody here wired this up directly from the PCB without the front panel components PCB?

I'm confused as to how to wire the pitch and pulse width pots, SW4 etc. Would love some direction, a photo or a graphic if anyone has time to take one?

Thanks, Kassu Vco looks great and is totally affordable. Will consider grabbing a few of their PCBs down the road. I've done plenty of PCB euro in the past but felt like I wasn't learning much from the practice, hence the desire to follow stripboarding and schematic layouts, particularly inspired by...

Cheers for the response cretaceousear. I get the Pulse width/PWM distinction now. Still can't get to the bottom of this issue with the range of the Pulse Width pot though, the square wave only sounds when the Pulse Width pot is in something like the final 10% of it's turn. Any idea why this might be...

LMNC DIY modules

Hi hi. Wanted to start a thread for anyone making the Look Mum No Computer DIY modules - the couple I have made I am experiencing some oddities that I could use some guidance one. I've noticed a few people recently asking questions about them so maybe this could be of use, if there's not already a t...

Rarefaction Sample Packs

Howdy,

I'm looking for Rarefaction sample libraries (Poke in the Ear with a Sharp Stick, Diffusion of Useful Noise etc etc). Does anyone have these or know where to find copies?

The rarefaction website still exists but e-mail bounces back... http://www.rarefaction.com/products.html

Cheers

Alternatives to Maestro Sound System for Synth Woodwinds

So I recently missed out on a Maestro Sound System  & have since been trying to seek one out - or something similar.

I'm wondering if any more widely available (perhaps not so... vintage) pieces of gear with similar abilities exist to be used with pick-up on woodwind / acoustic instruments?

false alarm. LEDs are all flashing in sequence but I don’t seem to be getting triggers or gates just the same big droning voltage from every output. :(

I checked the ICs, 5v all right... decided to throw in the IC & see what happens & it appears to be working fine ! No idea why the LEDs weren't going before but oh well ! Thanks again ! :guinness: :guinness:

LFOs that arent voltage controlled fill my heart with longing for what might have been I know what you mean, and I use the Rampage a lot more for modulation... Do I have too many LFOs? and holy shit i love echophone like everybody else loves clouds pitchshifting delays are very fun for sound design...

16hp+ to fill

So I'm almost full. What would be most useful to me? 16Hp... maybe 26 if I split from the Stoicheia or another smaller module. https://cdn.modulargrid.net/img/racks/modulargrid_495771.jpg I mostly find myself using disting for its sine oscillator, S&H and delay. So that might give some indication. R...

Looking at your picture the transistors are installed correctly and as far as I can see the soldered components look good. First thing to do is check if you have the correct voltages supplied (see my previous remark). If you have +5V on the correct spots and the LEDs still don't light, make sure th...

The LEDs are controlled by the ATMEGA168. Without the microcontroller installed they won't work. Really? The RCD build guide gives instructions to check LED colours & shows an image of the module with LEDs lighted & no microcontroller installed which threw me off... I'll check it out again tonight ...

Build not working

Hey. Can anyone give me a hand debugging my build? No LEDs are lighting up. I have been careful to make sure polarities are correct & there are no shorts however no signs of life.... I finished the build but haven’t put the chip in for fear of damaging it while testing. The Yellow resistor arrays se...

Apologies for reviving a very old thread but I built this recently and only two of four outputs are working correctly (output 1 & output 4). Output 2 is barely audible & 3 is silent.

Has anyone else tried it?

you already have a M32. Complete the M32 by adding things it lacks, specifically a second VCO and utilities. It sounds like you have pedals for FX.... Good advice, I suppose I'll start there, a few additional modules would probably keep me pretty entertained while I wrap my head around the rest. Th...
