Re: 4ms VCA Matrix alternative

Rebel Technology Mix 04 is a 4x4 VCA matrix, but without knobs or mutes.

Re: Make Noise Skiff -- Room for flying bus cable?

I've done exactly what the OP described, with a MN powered skiff and two 4ms multi power cables, and it worked fine. hey thanks! anyone know if this one will work? Its not a flying bus cable just a cable that connects directly to the modules https://4mscompany.com/mpc16.php Yes, that's the cable I ...

Re: ACL Sinfonion

I'm considering find a way to send CV to Sinfonion in a more controlled live way, like dedicated faders of knobs, and let the triggers to sequencers or Ableton. Does anyone here do that? I've used Tetrapad in voltages mode for this, similar to what mdoudoroff described with Metamorph. It works best...

Good point about the power connectors. I had forgotten about that. Still might be possible with a flying bus cable, as SavageMessiah suggested.

I'm not sure if the Ts-L or the FX Aid will fit, though. Anyone know how the power connectors are placed on those?

Re: Noisy Waveforms on PNW ?

I've encountered a similar issue. I suspect that the digital envelopes and waveforms on the PNW are fairly lo-rez, so if you use it with a VCA that responds quickly to CV you can hear the jaggies.

Re: FH-2 and mio10 issue

I haven't heard back from iConnectivity yet. I'm not sure why. Usually they're more responsive. I found a workaround by connecting the FH-2 to the mio using a pair of DIN MIDI jacks through an iConnectMIDI2+ that I happened to have lying around. It seems the sysex messages can get through that way. ...

Yeah, I should have mentioned that I checked in the config to see if anything was filtered. No luck.

I'll post here if iConnectivity has a solution.

Regarding the button sticking, here's what Mathias said a few pages back in this thread: The small gray buttons stucking seems to be a problem that happened a couple of times. It seems to be flux that gets into the buttons while soldering and that can be removed by means of pure alcohol. Please cont...

tendrilscables.com seems to be down, and it's been that way for a while. It's hanging on the TLS handshake. I hope it comes back soon, because I want some cables. Thanks for posting. Are you based in Oregon? I haven't noticed any issues at this end, and there has been a lot of US traffic, but I did...

An easy solution is to go on ebay and get an old Windows XP laptop. They go for around $100 these days, and run the G2 editor just fine.

You're talking about the PC4, right? I'm pretty sure the PC3K doesn't have the FM engine.

I've also had the problem with the menu buttons not responding, or triggering multiple times for one press. Some days they work fine, but others they barely work at all. I hope there's a fix for this.
