That's nearly twice the size or the original chip, I doubt that's likely to work. *Maybe* you can find some LM13700 SMT -> CA3080 adapters. You're probably right ... maybe a good (better?) price is to be found for a SMT CA3080 and use a 'regular' SMT2DIP adapter?! Thanks for the inquiry with Mouser...
