The Hordijk Dual Phaser is indeed wonderful, too bad it's unobtainable last time I checked.
I know this is "General gear" and not 5U modular (Hordijk) or Eurorack (check out AJH Next Phase) so I would like to mention a not so well known stomp box, Maxon PH350.

I'm going to build my new 2U MOTM format Frequency Shifter, based on my own 2164-driven design. I've got all the boards laid out -- all the circuitry fits on four PCBs which are 2.1" wide and 5.7" long (although only one of them needs to be 5.7" long -- the rest are just that long so they all stack...

I’m not very experienced but I enjoy my Engine sequencer with the CV/Gate expansion to be the sequencer brain in my modest modular setup.
Unfortunately it’s out of production but can be found on the used market.
