The NAMM Demo is pretty helpful actually. Thanks to the sax you get a nice preview of what it'll sound like in a Vaporwave context.

I just want to take a moment to call out Olivier and any other manufacturer who uses Graphic Designers to execute their aesthetics. Much of all of this is entirely subjective, but I can't argue with a well executed cohesive graphic identity.

I believe the "HANG" input of the Make Noise Function does what you are describing.

From the manual:

HANG IN: Gate or Pulse applied to this input will stop the circuit dead in its tracks. Use for programming S&H, Track and Hold, Stepped Functions, Stepped LFOs, synchronized Functions

I'll try removing R16 & R35 and see if that helps.

(editing post for clarity) the frv works a bit different to the qrv and srv in that it uses the noise and the 555 for the clock and crazyness. if the noise isnt working i dont think much else will. the qrv and srv need to be triggered to get an event whereas the frv just runs Thanks for that. I got my Buchla version mostly up and running, but I'm getting nothing out of the noise source and S&H. I think I may have a bad noise chip, power and ground seem to be getting to the right pins. Also what is to be expected out of the "noisy triangle"? I'm just getting a steady triangle on the scope...

I'd love to have a set.

I assumed that extra LED on the Buchla panel was for the pulse out. The CGS LED driver would be good for that.

The Tube VCA adds some nice timbres to the incoming signal, it really shines with sine waves and a little feedback. I love mine. It distorts nicely and I got some great results putting it before a VCF in patches.
