My personal favourite is the ARP 2600. It's so useful, powerful and being semi-modular, easy to setup and work with. Sometimes that trumps ultimate flexibility. Here is my recent purchase. 8 VCO, 8 VCF, 8 EG, 10 VCA, 10 mixers and various other modules.
Lovely system. No schematics alas. I will try and find some however.

Synton 3000 modules and keyboard. It’s what led to the fenix.

A few modules are just filling spaces tbh..and it needs a fair bit of TLC. I'll get around to it soon-ish.
