Indeed, my favourite muffs thread in some time. Such coldness, got me looking to re acquire a 1/4" machine, for gifts and shingles (I'll never forgive myself for junking my Tascam 388 way back when). @Carl Hungus - sure is: http://terminalsoundsystem.bandcamp.com/album/dust-songs Lots of intentiona...

Don't get me and wrong I love the Evol. I just think it gets really noisy, so much i generally run a gate after it. I use mine mostly in a vocal chain though... I forgot about that NIIO. I need to check that out some more. Do you have any Metasonix TM series? The TM 2 sounds like a machine grinding ...

You take the Evol on the road? I would be worried I would break those pretty knobs. The Culture Vulture is pretty much a one trick pony like the Evol, really great crushing distortion.i know the Evol has the LFO/ filter but it seems to really get lost in the noise IMO. I've never used the Sherman bu...

I hope this lives up to expectations. Of all the DSI stuff I've owned I only kept the PEK because it can just get so crazy and can be a real feedback machine.

Serge & MS20

So I know there is the whole hz/vlt difference and things won't track in tune.

My real question is can I hurt my Korg MS20?

I know to ground the 2 together, but I just got this Ms20 kit full size and do not want to blow it out.

The problem is getting the mod and pitch wheels. I think I have an extra wood set I had made locally but no wheels.

I do wonder though if they are something you could order new from current DSI?

I sold my wood PRO One here a year or so ago

Man have I gone full circle since I started this thread in 08. I ended up selling a Monster Case of Euro four years ago and now have a 5 panel Serge and a 18 space Buchla. Within the last week I have acquired a Doepfer 9 case, Metropolis, Atlantis, Yarns and an Audio Out. Waiting on a Braids< Tides ...

These Mutable modules and the new sequencer from Intelligel are pulling me back into the Euro game.

These modules look fantastic! Who would have thought a midi to cv convertor would be so drool worthy.

i guess Al Jourgensen needs the money. maybe he's trying to save up for the new buchla easel. Let's be honest: has Al done anything in the last 10 years that hasn't been a cash-in? I doubt he'd find this cover any more objectionable than I do the recent 'Revolting Cocks'. I call bullshit on even ca...

Wow, most of my high end studio pieces came from there. I tried to call a few months back about a new mic and got the run around for a couple days and finally took my business to Vintage King. I just thought it was a new guy who did not know what he was doing.
