Re: [ANNOUNCEMENT] synthCube acquires Blacet Research

for frac cases, maybe some collab with Bugbrand on cases as they squeeze in 11 spaces.

Banana frac please :bugbrand: :blacet:
I second that. and if the modules could be shallow so they'd fit in bugbrand type cases.

Re: Pioneer TORAIZ SP-16 Sampler

I had been looking at an SP-16 as a drum machine sampler but came across mint secondhand DJS1000 for less than half price recently so went for that. I'm enjoying working with it but missing having more outputs for processing drum parts separately so considering an SP-16 to use along with it. Does an...

is anyone having issues with fluctuations of the delay rate? no more posts about this synth?

I'd never heard of it before seeing it at the Leeds Modularmeets on Saturday but after trying it out and asking Jon lots of questions I have now ordered one. I thought it sounded unbelieavable and should be so much fun to program.

it's probably worth asking Allan if this has happened to any other users, if it's also happened to ones he replaced of yours before. I've got 8 of his vco's, and have used them with at least 5 different power supplies and never had any kind of issue. There's the most solid vco I've got tuning wise. ...

at Superbooth they said definitely before the end of the year. Both of the modules sounded fantastic and I've already requested them from the family for my Christmas stocking. I really want to use them for sound on sound but I hope it doesn't have the abrupt clips I get with the magneto (and the Vol...

One thing that I really appreciate about Bugbrand is the reliability. I have never had a module go wrong that I can remember, never had a power supply fail, etc. Besides that the modules sound great and they're as flexible as your imagination can make them. You definitely don't need a lot of Bugbran...

Thanks Sandy, it was a fun collaboration to do. It's been a while since I did a wholly Bug based album (though it was the only modular synth I used on The Chasms and Sandfingers albums) and I'm working on a solo bug album to put out later this year.
