ensure you trim off all those component legs under the pcb - almost looks like one is shorting to a pin from the picture your wire connection to some of the pots looks liable to short as well - from the picture anyway hard to see what your wiring is doing from the photos - in most cases wiring will ...

I also did it by ear by listening for bleed-through on each channel and trimming to minimise it.

How did you do the print on the enclosure? I had one of those cases for my mb808 and i never completed it as i couldn’t work out a method to toner transfer. That being said it was a large one 40cm or so wide. Fabricators wouldnt touch it as it was sloped.
