Ah, you're right. The PDF is damaged.
Attached is my old copy (don't know if it's up to date, but the header information is there).

Re: Mungo Enterprises d0, dual channel Delay
Can somebody share a minimal example patch that demonstrates the slew function? Set up a simple echo patch and then zoom the slew to about 3 o'clock. This is more or less 'off' so any modulation of the delay time will be choppy. Use an LFO to CV the time so you can hear this. Now gradually bring th...

Re: CGS 514 DUSG controls rise/fall CV attenuator reversed? or maybe not?
It's not the way it works on my CGS/Bananaloge/Serge VCS, but if the reverse setting gets you the opposite all should be well: On the VCS, turning the CV pot counter clockwise applies negative CV/feedback, i.e. a linear envelope is made exponential and gets shorter. Turning the knob CW applies posit...

Re: Detect zero crossings
I don't have one specific patch in mind. Well, I was thinking about splicing audio waveforms, similar to what the Recombination Engine is doing. Or wavestate like wavesequencing. I always forget the correct term for that. But mainly just out of interest. Ah, that's good because it's easier than if ...

Have a look at wavefolders and modulated delay lines too. They can get quite splatty.

Re: Detect zero crossings
Is there a way to detect zero crossings? ... What exactly are you trying to do, what is the patch? There may be a workaround. For example, if it's just the positive-going edge of a pulse you want to detect, then the trigger input of Maths or another envelope may be enough. A comparator will do the ...

Re: Such thing as a digital delay for CV?
Look forward to trying this out. Out of curiosity, is this in any way related to FM/AM in the radio transmission context? (I know I could google that, but since you're here.. ;)) It's Subotnick's 'Ghost Tracks' technique: https://navsmodularlab.blogspot.com/2009/10/silent-way-cv-input-digital-ghost...

Re: Such thing as a digital delay for CV?
The Mungo d0 is DC-coupled; the Doepfer A-112 can be modded (+ patch compensated). But if you want to use it like a phrase sampler, maybe one of the CV recorders would be better suited (ES or ... I forget which, Flame, Modcan?).

Re: Triggering Gate with RD8/808 Trigger
It could also be down to the difference between triggers and gates: the former is a short spike, the latter also conveys duration. You need a gate to get an envelope longer than a short blip from an ADSR module.

Re: Doepfer A-110-4 Thru Zero Quadrature VCO
I could swear I saw a diagram somewhere here on how to use two of these modules plus a few common utilities as a frequency shifter… Here's how to patch a (TZ) frequency shifter: https://navsmodularlab.blogspot.com/2012/04/potd-swings-roundabouts.html The caveat is that you can only shift the quadra...

It depends on the functions you want but there are other multiplexers in Euro, e.g., Toppobrillo Mixiplexer, Doepfer A-152, WMD Switch Matrix.

Re: Workarounds for FM synthesis on modules with no FM input
^ Yes, external modules like the FM Aid or some wavefolders can help get approximations of linear FM. But if you just want a sum of your exponential pitch and modulation CV you just need a mixer or two and maybe a multiple/splitter (yes, you might have scaling issues, but as you write, that's anothe...

Re: How to implement that idea?
Yes, just try it - for audio it will just be a question of reducing pops, with clocks you want to reduce mis-triggers (in which case OR-logic might even be better), but it will work with just a switch; e.g., I'm pretty sure that is all the Doepfer Switched Multiple is ... Keep It Simple
