Maybe with a firmware update. As of right now, according to Ricky Tinez' video there is no attenuation on-board.

Re: Which Joystick brings you joy?

On another note, why does almost every joystick have a round hole? As satisfying it can feel to go round in circles, is nobody missing positions like x=0, y=0? I've often wondered this myself. I'd love it if someone could explain why this is never seen, from a technical perspective rather than subj...

Re: Utility modules that make you happy?

WMD/SSF S.P.O (That's a lot of acronyms at once). This is my main source of utility joy at the moment. Offset and attenuversion (together as one utility) is so crucial for dialing in modulation, I'll most likely add another one at some point, even though my case is currently totally full. (I'd consi...

We are not able to assist you with this inquiry because Ableton's Technical Support team does not provide program usability support. Our training is based on th...

sputnik modular stuff. He’s moved on to different/better things but I kinda wish he was still around since I really liked his take on buchla over the verbose ones. Huh? I have a deopfer wasp. I really like the sound of it. But I hate the jacks on it. Are all the deopfer jacks like the wasp? Can you be more specific about what you dislike? Is it the visual aesthetic? The feeling when patching them? Are they too tight/too loose? I only have 1 Doepfer module and it's...

Re: Any rule of thumb for used modules?

So in general people seem to prefer to buy from ebay at higher prices. Maybe they believe its safer or something (its not). In my experience, modules go for lower prices on eBay than anywhere else, particularly when "Auction" format is used (rather than "Buy it Now"). This includes Reverb, Muffwigg...

Gotta say, I'm realllly not a fan of the new "black and red" aesthetic on every module. The old versions were so much more beautiful. Another one bites the black panel dust.

Re: What do you use to tune your oscillators and synths?

I use the L-1 Digital Tuner: http://l-1.su/Tuner.html Noise Engineering has the Soleo Vero (https://www.noiseengineering.us/shop/soleo-vero) which gives you 1 extra in/out (for a total of 3) and its interface might be quicker/easier in live conditions. It does, however, also cost substantially more...

Re: Tiptop Mantis cases

The -12V is not split into zones on Mantis. You can find this info and more under Mantis support: http://tiptopaudio.com/support/ Thank you, Continuum. I appreciate the help. My current specs on modular grid are 610 mA -12V so even with a 30% margin of error I should still be safely under the 1.1 A...

Re: Tiptop Mantis cases

Can someone who understands this case and PSUs help me? It's well known that the +12V rail has 3A, split 1A per zone (Top Left, Top Right, Bottom). But what is not clear anywhere, is does the -12V rail follow the same design? Meaning, it is 1.1A split to 366mA per section? So if you have more than t...

MIDI CC/NRPN Value for Automating (Clock) RESET? - Ableton Live/Intellijel uMIDI

Hi, all. I am using Ableton Live 10 and an Intellijel uMIDI as my CV/midi module in euro. (I am not having the usual latency/syncing problems, which is why I didn't post in those threads which already exist.) All I'm trying to figure out is, how can I automate "CLOCK RESET" in Ableton? There must be...
