Re: Dirty Boy Pedal Power Issue

1st I’d try using a 9v battery to eliminate the issue is not the pedal, if it works on battery power then it is the input jack or the psu which probably is due to a short. In a worst case scenario you would need to replace the 2.1mm input or your power source. If you have a DMM, check the power on t...

Re: Multi power supply for CL instruments??

Hmm... I did not try the red cables,(I’ve used the black with 2.1mm centre negative DC plug). Ciat-Lonbarde instruments take a 12 volt DC power supply (@ 300ma or greater) with a tip positive. Red is 2.1mm centre positive DC plug, but i thought center was ground, so think I’ve got this reversed... U...

Re: Favorite PT2399 based Delay Pedals

http://www.demedasheffects.com/pages/t-120-videotape-echo This looks interesting - have you tried the deluxe version? I have not tried the deluxe, but I can safely say the standard version sounds better than any other analog or digital delay that I own. Demedash has also collaborated with Pine Box ...

Re: Favorite PT2399 based Delay Pedals

Although my experience with bug brand is somewhat limited, I do believe that Tom makes some pretty high quality devices. That being said, have you tried using an isolated power supply with your PT Delay? I have found that it can make a dramatic difference in performance when a isolated PSU is used. ...

Anyone have the power spec for the 2017 zellersasn. I had one of the earlier ones, and I think at some point power changed.
856 Zellersasn v1; 9V DC negative tip supply @ 300mA.

856 Zellersasn v2; 9V DC negative tip supply @ 150mA.

Impedance matching is something that I learned about when trying to use guitar pedals with Modular and Line level devices. Theres a lot of different ways to go about it, but matching the impedances will definitely add clarity and depth to your signal. Here's a few useful links :tu: Reamp Basics Doep...

Track produced with the above setup. Sound sketches for a student theater production. Zellersasn here sounds guitarish / pianoish: a 2 chord guitar phrase recomposed, stored in the 3 note tracks. Nice drift of the Zellersasn loops around the Midi clock. Additional sounds by Zoom MRT 3 (percussion),...

Saw these guys live back in 1997 and put on a great show.

Live rig included a Yamaha CS-80 and Roland SH-7 (among others).

Always thought their first album was their best, more raw and less refined.
