Re: Anyone modified a Peli Case to have removable lid?

I've just done a removable lid hack with a peli-like pressurised case I got a while back - tapped out the two metal rods and bent them so they are now able to pull out and push in easily. Thanks for the tips on here - ended up with exactly what I was hoping for thanks to this thread!

Edit: I used this to solve an issue with a synth in my setup that was doing similar to you describe - it's the only time I've had the issue with all the different bits of gear Ive had, so it doesn't seem to be too common.

There's a brilliant website with how to wire cables for different types of connector - sounds like you just need to make the right kind of cable. I'll see if I can find it...

Re: Tangible Waves AE Modular - new entry-level system

I've been really pleased with my tangible waves system - it kind of reminds me of the deopefer system I started with, in that it's somewhat vanilla in terms of sound, uniformity of design and modular-modular approach (there's very little internally routed - it's all for patching). While there's noth...

Re: New Buchla format sequencer from SSL

When you say 200e format are we talking patch storage? It doesn't communicate with the Buchla patch storage, but it DOES have internal memory for 5 songs where you can string together up to 16 sequences each, AND 7 sequence memories with up to 16 steps per sequence - Non-volatile, of course. It's g...

A black option would be nice too, in order to match the buchla ones people will already have in cases, though I welcome wilder suggestions - blue
(like the lettering) sounds good.

tIB - baech - AE modular first sounds

Surf music for agoraphobics. Two rows of self playing Tangible Waves AE modular system - no midi and no CV sequencing in my set up at this point; don’t expect much in the way of melody… Thanks for checking it out if you do - if you want it, stick a zero in the name your price box and help yourself! ...

I could swear I was sending LFOs from my Octatrack, but it's been a long time since I used the OT, so I'm not positive. Yep, you definately can send free running LFO's from the Octatrack via a chosen CC number routed thru the 225's J to P channels. Each Octoarack midi Chanel has 3 LFO's so you have...

Re: Tangible Waves AE Modular - new entry-level system

I've just picked up a starter system 2 and handful of extra modules as a long overdue replacement for my tinysizer. Very pleased so far - the designer Robert has put together a really well thought out (and built) system and collection of modules. There are compromises, but I'm really pleased to fina...

This looks pretty promising but no posts since almost a year ago. If you've explored Axoloti please post. Have you moved to something else? I've been jonesing hard for another G2 engine recently, so turned my attention to the axoloti I replaced* it with - finally got it installed and up and running...

I seem to recall that he ditched the continuum external cv thing for continuum to midi via the 225e at some point.
I wonder why.
